I was referred to Udbhav Developers and Kiran, by one of my friends and have never regretted the decision. I had invested in one of the apartments at Bhaskar Coconut Grooves as this was recommended by one of my friends. As I was out of India, I did not get a chance to look at the site location nor check on the progress of the apartment by myself. However, I was up to date on the progress – this was only because of complete transparency by the staff at BCG, and detailed updates on the project on their website and emails. They helped with all the paper works, including back coordination’s etc. I returned to India and this matched with project completion. The schedules were met; the architect, design and specifications were as explained during my purchase – with the best amenities and unmatched Quality. The geographic location was perfect for a peaceful residential complex and also close to NH and city. We are very happy with our decision, and all guests and visitors to our home have commended the quality and look of the property. Kiran the owner of the firm, and his dedicated and highly capable staff, notably Vignesh, are friendly, approachable, and responsive even post-handover of property. Here are our specific technical points: A) Timely execution of construction work B) Prompt and hassle free hand over of property and smooth formalities. C) Premium materials used and so is build quality. No sign of unskilled labour/technicians. D) Good floor plan, good use of available space without making common areas feel cramped. D) Good amenities as promised upfront, with a touch of something extra, for example the thoughtfully planned greenery on terrace and flower gardens.
